Our Research

Research Focus

The Climate Change Centre of Jharkhand undertakes research and studies under the National Mission on Strategic Knowledge on Climate Change (NMSKCC) to enable data-driven climate action across the state.

Our work focuses on generating district-wise climate change projections and conducting in-depth vulnerability, risk and hazard assessments at the block level in 14 highly vulnerable districts. State-level disaster risk assessments further guide preparedness and risk reduction planning.
